Are you sure it's legal?

Absolutely. While some of the revenge tactics I've undertaken in the past have "sailed a little close to the wind" everything contained within this site is completely 100% legal. I have spent several years refining my revenge ideas to isolate the most effective ones which are also well within the law. The use of humour as a basis for revenge means that slander, libel and so on are not applicable. I have also sought independant legal advice just to make sure that absolutely nothing contained within the site is illegal.

How do you protect my anonymity?

Everything I do is completely untraceable - caller id's are hidden or faked, SMS messages are sent with a false caller ID from a remote server in India, all packages, letters and other postal items are sent unbranded, with a postmark from Paris and the email service is also untraceable.

I have gone to extreme lengths to protect not only your identity, but mine as well.

There really is no way that any of my revenge tactics can be traced.

Even your bank statements will simply show "Nick James Internet Services", and any trace on this will lead nowhere.

Ever since I have been helping people with their revenge, literally all over the world, no-one has been able to trace me or my clients.

Also, don't forget - as everything within this website is totally legal I am under no legal or moral obligation to disclose your details to anybody. Therefore, I don't !

Furthermore, all pranks are delivered either automatically from the website or from an international location and so anybody attempting to trace the originator will keep going around in circles.

On top of that, I keep only the legal bare minimum of information required to service your account and/or purchase. All data is stored in a "bullet-proof" offshore data centre.

Tell me more about the caller ID on phone calls

When I make a call, I actually route the call through 3 different countries before "breaking out" at a local exchange.

Depending upon the targets telephone provider, the caller id will either be "witheld" or a local number.

In the case of the local number, when the target tries to ring it back, they are met with a recorded message stating that "this number does not accept inbound calls"

Some targets have an automatic call screening process that requires the caller to identify themselves before the call is passed on.

When I encounter this, I simply enter the phone number of a local hotel.

Do you give individual advice?

Unfortunately, with the large numbers of people using this site, I am physically unable to provide advice on a 1-to-1 basis.

Furthermore, I am not a counsellor but I personally found that using humourous revenge techniques is extremely effective.

I do regularly send out a newsletter to all members of this site and I do include in this newsletter, a selection of problems that I have received so it is highly likely that I would be able to provide you with relevant advice using this media.

How Do I Know That My Package/Letter Has Arrived?

For obvious reasons, I cannot put a trace on the items I send, as they will no longer be anonymous.

However, each day I send several test parcels out to various "safe" addresses that I have around the world. Each of the parcels contains a unique code that my firends enter onto a special page on my site.

By doing this I can check to see if there are any delivery problems and also guauge how long things take to arrive.

To date, every single item has arrived.

Mercaway accept all major credit and debit cards.

Unfortunately, I am unable to accept cash or money order payments.

My email that I ordered hasn't turned up - where is it?

All emails are dispatched automatically and usually arrive within a couple of minutes.

I am "whitelisted" with all the major ISPs and email providers around the world. However, sometimes an individual's personal security settings may cause the email to be redirected into their junk/anti-spam folder.

When will my Revenge Kit arrive?

I have not received confirmation of my order

When making a payment, it is important that you wait for the PayPal system to automatically you to my site.

Sometimes this can take up to 20 seconds.

When you are automatically returned, I get confirmation of your purchase at the same time. It is this event that causes your confirmation to be sent.

Should you not wait to automatically returned to my site, your order is held in a "pending queue" until I can manually "release" it.

I do check the pending queue several times a day, but when doing this, I am unable to issue confirmation emails.

Can I use your tactics on anyone, or is it just for my ex?

Although my tactics have been designed with your ex in mind, many of the tactics are applicable for a large number of people.

Therefore, you can use whatever you want against whoever you want.
